Well. It's been sometimes isn't it? You (if there is really anyone reading this) must have thought how come i would want to post something here all of a sudden?

Well.. I.. probably just want to use this space here and rant out my frustrations. I realise a grave mistake today. Okay, i'm going to cut story short and touch onto the main points.

Today i realise on the system that the venue for this sat event (let's call it, DWTS) is not booked and is taken over by by S&M. And yes this sat is the event and we have literally begged/forced (whatever u call it) people to attend this event as nobody signed up.

On first look, yes that was totally my fault as i was asked to do this booking.

Now, i remembered clearly i did the booking and pass the form to the POC. However, the form apparently went missing and after searching through the file, it indeed went MISSING. I have freaking no idea why and how it happens. And yes, there is no proof to show i really did it cause of a 'good' system of writing form and pass it to the POC and she will do the booking on the system.

My point here is. I accept it that it is my fault to not check back in the system. But surely there must be contributory negligence on other people.

1st: Way back, i did advise the team that this event if were to carried out, IT WILL BE A FAILURE. The past 2 similar events already showed that only forcing people to come will there be people. I mean this is a trend that is not hard to interpret right?

2nd: The person in charge of this event who tried his best to change the concept did not succeed and has since left the organistaion. Not because of this incident of course. And suddenly, i was the POC. But i was told to hold and wait first (as usual). And suddenly another person came in and as expected, full of drive and wanted to go ahead with this event. SUddenly and to be honest everything seems pretty much fixed, all the performance confirmed, posters done up.. blah blah blah... This was when i remembered i did the disappearing booking form. I was not in charge of this event at all. And all the sudden change here and there, come on.. so disrupting, how am i really going to monitor this?

3rd: There is this serious flaw in the booking of function rooms. I have voiced this out way back when it just implement. But i just leave with it and move on. Right now, my dept has freaking NO ADMIN RIGHTS to book and cancel our bookings. We need to go through S&M by submitting the form to them. What if, i don't mean it really happen, but what if the form is 'eaten' up by them and they release it for their own use. Nobody really knows. When they confirmed with the client, surely it is too late right?

4th: I don't really have strong support from this team. He seems to be the cause of the problems. But because of so-called 'experience' and past pedigree, we got to live with it and move on along that pace. I would contribute a min. of 25% fault on his part. He just doesn't have that capacity to spearhead the team. Sorry to say this but, i have lost any respect for him since long ago. He has to leave. If not, this team will be forever stuck in this mudhole.

Scooter's back wheel just went 'punchek' while turning into carpark. Pillion and me are fine luckily.
Tried in vain to open up the side cowl to change the extra tyre but just can't open it.

No qualms about it, we deserved to go down. We had 38 games the whole season, and the match against Fulham to change things but alas, it didn't worked out. We could also say ,"If only" we got something out from Fulham, "If only" KK didnt leave, "If only"... it ain't gonna change anything.

It was never easy to be a NUFC supporter. We get taunted, make fun of, and largely criticised occasionally. And yet, we have taken those in like a pinch of salt. Who said we aren't as big of a fan? And i have posers 'wanna be' chelski, manure, pool supporters" who come to me and tell me how great they are. But i can tell ya, 80% of the scousers cant sing 'you'll never walk alone", 70% of scums do not know their club history, and 90% of chelski fans supports them bcos they are farkin rich.

These aside, for those whom have stick by the club thick and thin through all these years, keep the faith. Cos we are the loyalists of all supporters the world has ever had!

Be ready to received fake sympathy, more criticisms and laugh abouts from friends and foes. But Your heart must remain strong. We are the rare breeds and it take hell lotsa guts to tell ppl that you are a Newcastle United supporter.

Positives from the turn of events? I get a year off at least from watching these fat buffoons strutting their stuff ob the pitch. With their fat paychecks, it could be difficult to offload all of them. Give me 1 good reason why would anyone make a bid for smudge, butt, nolan etc?

Its a strange and disastrous season. Can any of you guys ever recall given or harps commit a error that resulted in a goal? I honestly cant. Bassong is widely regarded as our best player. He together with last season player of the year Beye are our defenders. Compare them with our previous comedy duo of bramble and boumsong.. With those 2 jokers, we stayed up!

Our strikers? The list is so long its obscene! viduka ,owen, martins, amoebi, carroll, xisco. Strikers for manure? tevez, rooney, berbatov, macheda, welbeck. Tevez is deemed not good enought to start. Berba is branded a flop. Rooney plays on the left. Carroll is more experienced than welbeck and macheda combined. In short manure has less strikers and they play much much more games.

Midfield? What midfield?

At the end of the day, the league table doesn't lie.

We can go on about the poor running of the club, the inept managers brought in to steady the ship earlier on in the season, Viduka's harshly disallowed goal against Fulham or even the bad luck we had in the deflection - fact is Carew could have and probably should have put 2 more away. The fact remains that over 38 games, we just were not good enough.

So we'll see a mass exodus from the club - out of all the players we have, I'll be interested to see who will remain. I fear for the future of the club, I really do.

But at the end of the day, I'm still a Newcastle supporter and that really doesn't change, Championship or otherwise.

Keep the faith, lads. One day when Newcastle finally wins the Premier League, we can proudly say that we stood by the club even during the darkest times.

Got a motorbike accident last sun. Situation is that the stupid P-plater trying to turn left into a side road on the extreme right lane SUDDENLY turn with no signal. And there i am riding peacefully on his left, bump into him and as much as i tried to balance, me and my pillion still fall.

Have decided to settle this privately and i'm quite clueless on what to do now at the moment. My wrecked bike is now at the workshop and i will probably meet him up tml at the workshop to see through the damages.

Our injuries are pretty much abrasions but my pillion have to be referred to specialist next week. His tailbone is really in bad shape. Nonetheless, the driver will pay everything for our medical bills.

Now comes the compensation part, since we are settling this one to one, anyone knows what is the proper and recommended way to go about? I only know my jacket is badly torn and my pillion, the iMac he was holding had the batt bulging out. His watch was scratched too.

First time accident. Ehh maybe the second time. The first one nothing serious happen. So guys anyone can advise me what to do with that fucker driver now?

Every weekend past by and it is just plain hard to take to see one's beloved club producing shit performance on the pitch. It is just the same old story all over again. Promises made aren't kept to the fullest.

To us, we are like a sinking ship without a captain on board. The whole crew doesn't have a fucking idea what to do. And the owner simply don't care to repair it.

Week in, week out, we are like headless chicken playing all over the pitch. There is no creativity in the middle of the pitch. The old horses are just parading the pitch waiting for their pension to fall into their pocket. While their young and eager mates are sitting on the bench or sometimes doing out of the norm warm ups to attract attention. I see doom for our club and unless we start playing our youths or there is no way we can get away from drinking Coca Cola next season.

We feel like crying. Our hearts are already giving up. There is no way we can get back on track. The unimaginable has truly become imaginable, if not reality. We were proud soldiers before but things have change. We have resigned to the fact that we are not a big team to go down.

To many, they say class is permanent, form is temporary. It is easy to give excuses with all the injuries and suspensions we got. But hey, which team dont suffer that fate? Our so-called loyalist came back to the squad and give nuts performances. Where has their class gone to?

Everyday i have to divert any potential topic with regards to our team. It is just too sad to even talk about it. I guess i make a heaven mistake by wearing my away jersey at a recent game. It is so hard and shameful to be recognised as a black and white. It's terribly painful. No choice but to swallow my pride.

But good thing is, at a good time, our injuries are clearing up. Bearing in mind how tight the table is this season, either we could end up with a UEFA cup spot (7pts away) or relegated (5 pts away).
Arguably, we have the toughest run-in towards the end.

Dun ask me why but i just feel like writing a super long post today.
Partly is also because of the pending exam on the 22 Jan which requires extensive use of compo writing.

Talking about exam, of which some may not know, i have already enrolled in Hospitality & Tourism Managment and Marketing Management at Kaplan. So far so good. Quite interesting for the topic taught.

And it also means traveling to and fro my workplace and school frequently. As such, i hope my little scooter can give me zero problem from now on. Just got the scooter back from Ah Joo at Ubi Ave.(SO FAR!!). 165 bucks damage. Ha and i realise my scooter is always going to the workshop for this and that. Please no more tantrum from you anymore k? I will treat u bery bery nice.

Somehow or rather, im always very very excited after my scooter comes out from the workshop. I will try all sorts of stunt just to tell myself that hey mine is the best. And because of this overexcitment, today not for the fist time, i ran out of fuel halfway. HAHA! But luckily, i'm quite near to gas station. So have to use some technique and push all the way to the station. If u asking why i never look at the speedometer, it is spoilt and not working anyway. Will replace one when i have the spare cash. It is not cheap to do that hor..

Okay enough of my scooter. Right now, i finally understand the term BEAUTIFUL LOVE. The thought of it is already that beautiful. I cant wait to experience it. Dun ask me for details. It's only something that i know. Or perhaps only me and johnson. He is my official gay buddy.

Just how many times have u seen a keeper getting a MOTM award but have to pick up the ball from the net 5 times.
Sadly to say.. at NEWCASTLE UNITED.
We have no doubt the best goalkeeper in the premier league. But the lousiest and the most fuck up defence in front of him. We(everyone associated with NUFC) seriously would rather let him go and join a top team and win honours.
Afterall, he stood by us, tahan us for 11 comedic years. It's time we let him go.

It seems when you see people around you living in supreme comfort, you tend to think hmmm... why couldnt i get that sort of treatment too.

But of course that will never happen in already comfortable level of living in Singapore.

Ultimately it boils down straight from the level that you inherit from your biological parents. What they do directly and sometimes even indirectly affects you.
In terms of living conditions, in simple wordings, they control you.

If you aren't happy which means u wanna control your own life yourself, some parents will understand you for doing that. Because they are already wrong in the first place, and you know it, u want to change, they allow u to change. Case closed, the loop ends here.

But what if they dun allow you to change, they think what they do is perfectly right or are stubborn enough not to admit they are in the wrong, DISASTER. Suck thumb, you have to follow their wrongdoings. The loop continues to your biological offsprings. And the loop continues.

The only way to break it? Simple. Dun even extend the loop. Cut it. Understand?

Action thrillers are still the winning formula in a movie. I can never get bored watching thrillers unless the plot is rubbish.

CONNECTED is a movie adapted from the Hollywood version of CELLULAR and what a superbly remake by the chinese filmmakers. It's way way better. Much more action, more comedic moment and the characters are given more screenplay.

Louis Koo once again act as a dumb dumb character. Da S with her same laugh and cry expression is very beautiful. The best thing i like is however is the car chase scene. Simply spectacular! Puts Hollywood production to shame.

Best movie i have seen for this year.

Just what makes Michael Phelps so successful?

Let's analyze.

1)
He stands at 1.93m. His arms span 2.03m. Which effectively divides into a ratio of 1.0518134.

Normal human being should be at +- 0.2 ratio of 1. That probably explains why he won the 200m fly by a fraction of a second. His arms won it.

I will talk about the mighty Michael at the end of Olympics. Too many things to say about him.

Track and field started last friday and since than not much surprises except for today. Before the games started, one of the must watched race for me is the 110m mens hurdles. I thought i could witness one of the best race ever.

BUT WTF! Liu Xiang withdrew without even trying for the heats. Either he is feeling super sad now because he can't compete. Or he must be secretly laughing for the only man to break a billion people hearts.

Okay forget about that. Now my new hero, 'Insane' Bolt. Too bad i cant embed his 100m winning race here. China has been damm strict for anyone posting Olympics video clips. The way he ran the race at the last 20m was just sensational stuff. The smirk cocky look at the end just reminds me of C Ronaldo goal celebration.

What he did was, knowing he had won the race, he slowed down machaim giving his rivals handicap, smiled for the cameras, pump his palm onto his chest and yet still breaking the WORLD RECORD. Imagine if he didnt slow down, he would have won in 9.60? And btw 100m was not his favored event. 200m was.

It is such a pity that i dun have cable tv at home. If not, i can seriously sit down and glue onto the high def LCD screen for hours. It is just plain amazing to just watch the athletes strut their capabilities and outwit each other.

Before the games, i already eagerly anticipated quite alot of events. Like the US vs China mens basketball match. I thought China will match them as they are playing at home. But seriously almost all US players are technically better and faster than the chinese.

I'm also always on a look out for Michael Phelps unprecedented 7 gold medals target. I think he can do it.

One day got chance(money), i sure want to cycle the same track as the road cycling event. It is just immersely beautiful. Bo wei gong.

Yesterday night was the horse riding event. I think they call it equestrian. The horses damm cute la. If got chance(money again), i want to try riding one.

Just completed this arduous 42km marathon around eastern singapore. Got the medal and shirt at the end.

五月天 [回到地球表面] 新加坡演唱會 2008 (Mayday Back To Earth Concert) ROCKS! I would surely go again to their concert in 2009 as promised. Today, being their first stop of their back to earth concerts, was understandably not super high but still it was a damm solid performance throughout the 3 hrs. My throat was already dead by the 3rd song.

My seating was quite good also. The 2nd movable stage which was barely used was only a few rows away from me. I had a perfectly good view of them at some stages. Even better if i was seated more to the centre but anyway it was already very good.

I was kinda surprised there is no guest performer. If i knew there wasn't any, i would not have hold my bladder for bloody 2 hrs. But strange huh, that awful feeling slowly faded off until when everything is finally over. I was too immersed in the concert that i totally forgot about it.

I was pleased on the songs they picked for this concert. I cant think of any songs they did not sing which i liked. Ah shin even sang 洋葱(Onion) which was just amazing for all the 8000+ crowd. The ending song, 天使(Angel) was icing on the cake on a already good night for everyone.

There is this contestant in 超級星光大道2 (Million Star 2) who i admires very much. I admit what attracted me at first is her pretty face. I thought she is by far the most prettiest girl i have seen in a long time.

For some reason, i don't fall asleep easily during mid day. Even though i'm not doing anything and only had say 4 hrs of slp the previous night. I guess this is good and bad ba. At least i won't get caught for sleeping at work.

But today... I don't know if anyone has experienced this before. Whenever i feel too sleepy and try to take power nap in the afternoon, i would usually wake up with a god damm terrible headache within a few minutes. It usually occurs at one side at the back of my head and lingers till the end of the day.

In my earlier post, i copied about superficial happiness and how it is different from true happiness. Till a little while ago, i experienced what i meant by true happiness. I felt on top of my world. I could barely say anything but kiss both my clenched fists.

I saw glimpses of the days where we beat barca 3-2, the scums 5-0, spums 7-1. And today 4-1 at spums WHL. One of the best days of my life all round, at least for 90mins! :)

8 games, no win, 3 pts. Not a gd stat if u were to ask anyone. But i can assure everyone that we are in fact doing quite well. If u actually follow newcastle matches this season, the difference with Keegan on board is very obvious.

I seriously doubt anyone reading this will watch newcastle matches la. But i juz got to say under Keegan, Newcastle football is definitely as good as say Arsenal at their mediocre best. I have never seen before two separate sides in a season.

You may ask than why the fuck up results? Well this i have got to agree, 13 games without a win, 30 goals conceded, we are indeed showing relegation form. But as i say we are also showing good football which is good potential. Im convinced now we will NOT get relegated.

I've read some sources stating that humans always satisfy themselves by superficial stuffs which indirectly provides them superficial happiness.

It's like we think that we are happy, but deep inside, we don't exactly feel this way. We could be happy after a day out with our friends, but when we retreat to our comfort zone at night, feelings change. That's superficial happiness. It's only momentary.

Yet we always neglect the stuffs that make us genuinely happy because they are usually the simple and insignificant stuffs that no one will ever notice. They are things that we take granted for. It could be a person, or a feeling.

Pure happiness, should be what everybody looks for in life. Not superficial happiness. The former is a feeling that stays on and never fades away easily. The latter is just self-denial.

So you tell me now, are humans naive or not?

We often make the wrong decisions in life for fear that what we'd have done would hinder our path towards our much anticipated so called 'dream' of our future lives, to be successful, rich and all.

But little did we know that throughout this process, we are losing what that might be truly dear to us. Perhaps that's what they call it 'gaining through losing'. Each time when we gain something, we unknowingly lose something, but we'd never seem to realise it because we'd be too preoccupied we our new 'gain'.

True happiness are what our subconscious mind truly desire, but yet we often neglect that mind of ours.

Never in my years supporting Newcastle has been so desperate for points. Well Reading won, Wigan and Fulham draw, B'ham lost and now ya at least we aren't in the bottom 3 yet. Bolton to play their game in hand nx wk. If they win, we could well slip to 16th before we meet B'ham on monday.

I have decided. No matter how much my boss pays me next time, i will never agree to work graveyard timing shift. Now i really salute to all the guards in SAF. Since i started working overnight due to a certain MSK, bad things have been happening.

I have to give up my social life, my health becomes worse, pimples keep popping out, sore throat, lao sai, body becoming so weak even though i have been taking vitamins.

Worse still, i can't differentiate when is my breakfast, lunch and dinner. I now wake up at 6pm and the meal i eat at this timing sensibly would be my dinner. But isn't a meal after u wake up called breakfast? Or considering that this meal taken would be the 2nd of the day, isn't it lunch??

Anyway to say that everything is bad is not entirely true. At least now, i'm working on my own without any irritating monitoring. Just that, u have to fight away z monster bravely on your own which i sux terribly.

Theoretically, NUFC could fall to 18th come 12 Dec Wed when this round of EPL finishes all its matches. I dun expect us to beat red-hot reds. Teams below us are all showing fighting spirit not to get relegated. We seriously need a waking up ASAP. This season is the worst i have seen since i declared myself an external geordie. Relegation is a real possibility here. They say 40 pts is enough but West Ham has proven it wrong. And worse still, i dun believe we can even achieve 40 pts.

I should have probably knew i am not such a good drinker after all. Yes i admit i am NOT a good drinker. Lest u don't know, i was very giddy after downing so many yesterday. But i was still pretty sober at that point and i can still talk cock, play cards, sing songs. And now i know singing and alcohol CANNOT mix.

Good thing is... or maybe not that good for some is i have got standby duty in camp for sat and sun! You know standby duty is all about staying in camp sleeping. =) And it ends around 7pm. I can still party after that. And i get to enjoy 2 or perhaps 3 days of OFF days!

Uni application for this year is ending real soon. I am getting really worried. Please can i have a shining light to guide me through??
